Terms of Payment:
* A deposit of 100% of the total room night (s) confirmed amount is required after receiving our reservation confirmation.
* For bookings made 3 days or less before arrival, full final cash or credit card payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
* All payments are to be made in US dollars or Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or PayPal payment transfer. For all payment transfers, guests will be responsible for any charges incurred.
* For credit card payments is sunject to 3 % surcharge and we just accept VISA, MASTER, and JCB CARD.
Cancellation Policy :
For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 50.00 administrative fee.
* For booking that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
* Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email)
* In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit or advance payment but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled or early check – out, the guest will responsible for all rest of the payment (100% room rate will be charged of total room night(s) confirmed)

Welcome to Putu Bali Villa
Putu Bali Villa and Spa is made up of Balinese style villas set in a tranquil and peaceful area of Seminyak, a distinguished place to hide out in restful surroundings, where the beautiful natural sights and sounds blend harmoniously with the village atmosphere. A place to relax in comfortable furnished accommodation combined with traditional décor.
Accomodation
Each villa is completed with open air private bathroom (running hot and cold water), kitchen, private verandah, television, and air conditioning. The 16 villas, comprising of 12 one bedroom and 4 two bedroom villas, are set in beautiful and restive tropical garden surroundings.
The Villas are built in traditional Balinese style using natural materials such as wood and stone and are a good example of the creativeness and skill with natural materials that the Balinese are so famous for.

Standard Family Pavilion Villa:
This room type is design with traditional style and it has two floors (up and down stairs room). It is located in the pool side, each room has it own entrance, balcony, toilet and bath room. Details room facilities are as follows:

Once you grow weary of Kuta you will find a wealth of good restaurants, warungs (small eating places) and shops right on your doorstep.
